Test/Transformation Manager (30%) - Our client, an international financial services company, is currently looking for a Senior Test/Transformation Manager with a strong understanding of IT Management, Project Management and Organization Structure.Tasks and Activities:
- Responsible for the extension (design, build, test, deploy, train) of the test automation framework with a new tool
- Support in designing the future Testing Services organization by outlining, describing and updating the organizational blueprint
- Support rollout and usage with pilot applications and rollout to the domains / regions
- Actively drive the update of the Blueprint and its' corresponding stakeholder management
- Structure and realize the automation framework extension project and support realization using pilot projects with involved stakeholders
- Ensure weekly progress meetings with stakeholders are held and information is centrally stored, available and up-to-date
- Regularly report in standard templates the status, progress, issues and risks in the various transformation areas and their respective components
- Ensure deviation trackers are used and up-to-date per transformation component
- Communicate open and effectively, using these trackers, whether potential rollout issues and/or enhancement requirements exist and how these have to be overcome
To be considered for this long term role you must have the following skills/experience:
- IT project management experience
- IT management consultancy know-how
- Deep knowledge of Test Management
- ISTQB certification
- Project management certification (min. IPMAD)
