Description Project: MIS for FX and FI business.
Technologies used in the system:
* Database/ETL: Oracle 11g
* Reporting: Business Objects; Panorama NovaView
* OLAP (MS BI Stack 2008: SS AS, MS SQL Server)
* Microsoft IIS, MS .Net, C#, MS Visual Studio
Job Description:
The role is for an applications developer with a good knowledge of web technology: MS .Net, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, VBScript, JavaScript, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft IE
Team and role activities include:
* Development and maintenance of a Web-based interface
* Development and maintenance of a Business Objects universe
* Administration and design of dashboard-based reporting solutions using Panorama BI tool
* Provide level 3 specialist support for the above technology
* Face the users to gather the requirements, advise and provide the support for their reporting
* Performing impact analysis, testing, User Acceptance Testing and documentation
Requirements:
To be effective in this role the candidate must have the following skills and qualifications:
* Degree in Information Technology (IT) or Software Engineering
* Minimum 3 years work experience as a Web developer
* Extensive reporting experience (Business Objects and/or any BI reporting tool)
* Experience with MS Office: Access, Excel, VBA
* Experience in banking/financial industry (desirable)
* Fluent English is a must, German - beneficial Requirements AD
