A major Investment Bank in Zurich is looking for a QA Process Specialist.
Your main activities during this contract will be to:
- Analyse all steps from raising a request to collection to delivery of huge amount of data from different sources to different requesters.
- Identify sources for human or processing error.
- Work out concepts for secure and reliable data transmission.
- Propose and implement improvement measures and quality protocols for communication, delivery, and reporting.
Requirements:
-As the successful candidate you have vast experience in Quality Assurance Processes.
-You have a background in IT, preferably in the area of storage and data backup or Process Engineering.
-You have experience with the IT side of the eDiscovery process and are familiar with the concepts of defensibility and proportionality.
-Your approaches are pragmatic and result oriented.
-You successfully communicate with operational people as well as with Senior Management.
-You work well in a team and yet be a strong individual performer with a high self motivation.
-You work efficiently unsupervised and actively strive for the best solution.
