Our client in the Finance Industry is seeking a Test manager to lead a dedicated test team for a long term role in Zurich.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of testers
- Test coordination through for monthly software delivery
- Cost Estimation and Capacity Planning
- Continuous improvement of test process
Skills:
- Banking background
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work Independently
- Strong enforcement capacity with respect to PL's (on DI level)
- Development, peripheral systems and test team
- English Fluent in written and beneficial banking know-how in the trading area
- German is a strong advantage- English is a must
