We are currently looking for you to join the team on client site as Quality Assurance Process Specialist
Your position is located in the dynamic and global environment and is focused on interdepartmental processes related to the collection and provision of electronically stored data in context of litigation cases (eDiscovery). In this project you will work closely together with the request coordinator, the collection as well as the data processing team and external Legal Service Providers.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze all steps from raising a request to collection to delivery of huge amount of data from different sources to different requesters
- Identify sources for human or processing error
- Work out concepts for secure and reliable data transmission
- Propose and implement improvement measures and quality protocols for communication, delivery, and reporting
Profile:
- Some years of working experience in Quality Assurance Processes
- Background in IT, preferable in the area of storage and data backup or process engineering
- Former experience on the IT site of the electronical data storage processes and you are familiar with the concepts of defensibility and proportionality
- Strong pragmatic and result oriented approach
- Strong project stakeholder communicator
- Ideally a Master Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology or Business Administration with a strong IT background and some educations in Quality Assurance
- Good command of English written and spoken, German considered a plus
