We need folks with RF optimization experience.
They should have 3G optimization & Analysis experience.
Must worked on Optimization tools like: Actics, Gladiator, Tens, Wizrd.
Industrial Experience
Minimum 4.5 Years upto 8 Years
Total Experience should be in telecom Industry, minimum 4.5 year experience of Radio domain, minimum 3 years of experience in 3G network Optimization
Mandatory Experience:
1. Optimization experience of 3G network.
2. Experience of drive test, drive route selection and suggestion, defining type of data collection.
3. Experience of defining the physical changes of the sites.
4. Experience of suggestiong the parameteric changes for the sites and overall network parameters.
5. Strong understanding on co-ordination with DT team for getting sites optimization with drive test engineers.
6. Experience of generating reports on problem statement, recommendation and implementation for problem resolution (technical documentation).
7. Experience of identifying the problems on other interfaces of the network.
8. Experience of identifying the problems with external interference for the sites.
9. Experience of Optimizing the sites with overlay of different technologies with 3G
Tools and Applications Knowledge
NSN-NetAct, TEMS, Actix, Gladiator, Remedy User, Optal, Netact
Protocol Knowledge
Must Have:
1. 3G Network Architecture
2. 3G Basic Calls procedure
Good to Have:
1. Level 3 messages (3G) debugging experience

Education
B.E/B.Tech/MS in Electronics or Electronics and telecommunication engineering.
