Connect44 is urgently looking for experienced LTE Radio Network Planners for our client inSwitzerland
Location:Zurich,Switzerland
Duration: 3 months renewable (long term project)
Start date: June 2012
Key Responsibilities:
- Realization of network planningandoptimization projects for commercial LTE networks.
- Take in charge of the RF planning including link budget, simulation,andradio parameters design for LTE networks.
- Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach.
- Development of NP&NO guidelinesandprocess for projects purposes
- Technical communicationandclarification (eg RF planning workshop) with customersandsubcontractors.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic or equivalent
- Familiarity with LTE protocolandspecification
- At least 7 years experience in RF planningandoptimization.
- Expert in LTE technologyandeRAN products, including radio system designandsystem management, radio resource management, radio optimizationandperformance tuning. Be familiar with the tools network planning (Atoll is preferred) .
- Knowledge of Nokia BSS/UTRAN, Ericson UTRANandHuawei BSS products is desirable.
- Familiarity with the local regulation for protection of the general population from non-ionizing radiationandwith NIS application process.
- Excellent team spirit with good communicationsandinterpersonal skills. Ability to cooperateandwork with people from different cultures.
- Willing to travel with short noticed. Willing to work over time.
- Fluent in oralandwritten English.
