Our client is an international leader in the alternative investment management business, based in the outskirts of Zurich, Switzerland.
A new requirement has arisen to decommission two core Business Data Interface systems and migrate the necessary functionality to other areas and systems within the organisation.
In order to successfully achieve this you will need to work alongside several different teams both Technology and Business to establish their requirements whilst also supporting their day to day operational needs.
You will need to have the technical skill to search through the existing codebase to determine how the data is sourced/manipulated to perform the desired operations, to then be able to work alongside the development team to assist them in migrating the existing functionality to the target strategic systems.
Working within a dynamic and agile environment, a good understanding and appreciation of Quantitative analysis would be advantageous.
Technical skills:
- Good knowledge of C# and .NET
- Excel and VBA
- MS SQL Server, T-SQL
- Matlab
- XML
