TEST MANAGER
For my Client based in Zürich Switzerland I am currently looking for a TEST MANAGER in a Banking environment
Location: Zürich
Duration: 8 Months
Start Date: 1 May 2012
Languages: English and German a Plus
20% Travel required for this role.
Responsibilities and key tasks
Support in designing the future IT Front Office PTG Testing Services organization by outlining, describing and updating the organizational blueprint.
This contains the overview of the future organization covering services, client management, organization structure, governance, financing, service delivery processes, tools, methods, infrastructure and knowledge handling.
This document needs to be high level although precise and aligned with expectations from key stakeholders involved in building the future organization.
Responsible for the extension (design, build, test, deploy, train) of the test automation framework with a new tool.
Support rollout and usage with pilot applications and rollout to the domains/regions
Control Tasks
Actively drive the update of the Blueprint and its' corresponding stakeholder management.
Outline, structure and realize the automation framework extension project and support realization using pilot projects with involved stakeholders.
Ensure (bi)-/weekly progress meetings are held with involved stakeholders and information is centrally stored, available and up-to-date to support the local projects in transformation.
Regularly report in standard templates the status, progress, issues and risks in the various transformation areas and their respective components.
Ensure deviation trackers are used (containing concrete and precise statements) and up-to-date per transformation component.
Communicate open and effectively, using these trackers, whether potential rollout issues and/or enhancement requirements exist and how these have to be overcome (pragmatically).
Overall Goal
Deliver parts of the testing transformation realization for the IT Front Office PTG Testing Services organization, in close collaboration with the regional process and IT solution delivery organizations as well as the central project team from Zürich

ISTQB certified
Project management certification (min. IPMA )
