Contract Type: 9 months contract renewable
Mission/Role:
Our client is a very dynamic international company based in Vaud Canton. They are looking for a Project Portfolio Assistant to work on new processes and tools.
Your tasks:
- Analyse functional needs with key stakeholders
- Ensure health of the portfolio
- Ensure the good follow-up of the project, in terms of delays and budgets
- Ensure effectiveness of new processes and tools developed
- Evaluate key stakeholders satisfaction and related feedback
Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience of 4 years minimum in IT Project Management
- Highly experimented in Project Management
- Experience in management of project portfolios
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office and Project
- PMI/Prince 2 certification a plus
- Fluent in English is mandatory, French a plus
