User Support for IT Change Management application - GERMAN mandatory!
Tasks:
User support duties for the internally developed IT Change Mgmt application
Providing consultancy services to users of the IT Change Mgmt process within the application
Performing administrative tasks in the application, eg unlocking phases, replanning phases of change requests, etc.
Compilation of lists of change requests (CR) and the subsequent processing of the CRs with respect to risk assessment, formal acceptance of deliverables for the QA phase, etc.
Skills:
Good knowledge of ITIL
Change Management & Support experience
Good knowhow of MS Office Tools like Outlook, Excel, Word. Powerpoint of advantage
Very good German and English skills
Experienced with Unix, Mainframe, Windows and Networks
