On behalf of our major client in the Pharma industry, K2 Partnering Solutions is actively looking for a senior Service Manager experienced with Order and Change Management, focused on supporting the Sourcing and Change Management processes.
Main duties:
Hardware Order Management and Order Tracking according to client's and IBM Process Close collaboration with the Order Manager from outsourcing companies Manage the SAP Competence Center Order Share Point side Financial tracking and back charging with Infrastructure Finance SAP Command Center representation in all CAB Provide status updates on executed changes and outlook of planned changes Proactive review of capacity situations on SCC managed systems and based on outcome ordering in alignment with the Divisions Participate on the SAP Competence Center On-Call Support. Who you are:
Several years of experience as a Service Manager, preferably in a similar role good understanding of processes/organization etc. is a true asset Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment Proficient know-how of pharmaceutical environments. Project overview:
