On behalf of our major client in the Pharma industry, Harvey Nash is currently looking for a Service Manager for a challenging assignment in Basel (Switzerland).
Project overview/main tasks:
The new SAP infrastructure operations center of this prestigious client offers an interesting job opportunity for a 'Senior Service Manager' experienced with Order and Change Management, focused on supporting the Sourcing and Change Management processes.
Main duties:
- Hardware Order Management and Order Tracking according to client's and IBM Process
- Close collaboration with the Order Manager from outsourcing companies
- Manage the SAP Competence Center Order Share Point side
- Financial tracking and back charging with Infrastructure Finance
- SAP Command Center representation in all CAB
- Provide status updates on executed changes and outlook of planned changes
- Proactive review of capacity situations on SCC managed systems and based on outcome ordering in alignment with the Divisions
- Participate on the SAP Competence Center On-Call Support.
Who you are:
- Several years of experience as a Service Manager, preferably in a similar role
- good understanding of processes/organization etc. is a true asset
- Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
- Proficient know-how of pharmaceutical environments.

- Duration: Contract until 28.12.2012
- Language: ENGLISH fluent; German desirable
