We are looking for an experienced and dedicated personality who will develop our business with Education Consulting projects.
Our company designs and delivers training and people development services to our customers. The group takes care of complex, often international education projects of significant size that help customers to move through their technology transition. We offer state-of the art solutions covering all forms and aspects of training delivery. The Education Consultant will work in the pursuit team to identify new business opportunities, determine the customer's needs, design the solutions and manage education projects.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Pro-actively cooperate with other business units and Sales
- Identify and follow-up on business opportunities
- Build and maintain customer relationship
- Assess customer's training needs and requirements
- Design education solutions and create proposals
- Deliver presentations to customers and at events
- Deliver education workshops
- Manage education projects
Knowledge and skills required:
- Demonstrated customer consulting skills
- Project management
- Expert knowledge in the area of adult education and training
- Design and delivery of basic Management of Change programs
- Experience in E-learning (Learning Management Systems, E-learning content) as an asset
- Strong presentation skills
- Meeting and workshop facilitation, also on a CxO and VP level
- Strong communication and conflict management
- Excellent team player
- Working in international teams
- Flexibility and resilience to meet changing requirements
- Business and financial acumen
- Fluent in German, fluent in English (written and verbal)
Location: Zurich
Workload: 50%
Start date: as soon as possible
Duration: until 31 December 2012 (with option to extend)
