You offer:
* A Graduate or Postgraduate level of education majoring in Information Technology
* Software development experience in Java (JEE)
* Previous experience in performance analysis of complex IT systems
* Previous experience in leading small technical teams is desirable
* Previous experience using load generation tools (LoadRunner, Grinder, JMeter, etc) is desirable
* Interest in statistical analysis and the ability to convey this information into an effective reporting format for both the IT and Business departments
* Flexibility in terms of working hours and an appreciation of the performance testing cycle within the software release process
* Fluency in English is essential and a good understanding of German is advantageous
