For our client, one of the most recognizable pharmaceutical brands worldwide, SWISSLINX are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager for a challenging new contract lasting until the end of the year in Basel.

In your role as Service and Change Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Hardware order tracking and management
• Close collaboration with third party vendor and clients
• Financial tracking and back charging
• Provide status updates on executed changes and outlook for future ones
• Review of capacity situations

In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:

• Profound experience as a Service Manager
• Experience in the pharma industry is a nice to have
• Fluency in English; German a plus
