SAP Command Center (SCC) Order and Change Manager with strong experience required to work on a project for a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland
SAP Command Center, the new SAP infrastructure operations center in Basel/Switzerland, offers an interesting job opportunity for an experienced "Senior Service Manager".
Main Tasks:
The following services are to be provided for supporting the Sourcing and Change Management processes:
- Hardware Order Management and Order Tracking according to NVS/IBM Process
- Close collaboration with the IBM Order Manager
- Financial tracking and back charging
- Manage the SCC Order Share Point side
- SAP Command Center representation in all CAB
- Provide in the WOM's status updates on executed changes and outlook of planned changes
- Proactive review of capacity situations on SCC managed systems and based on outcome ordering in alignment with the Divisions
- Participate on the SCC On-Call Support
Main Skills:
- Fluent in English - oral and written
- German desirable
- Several years of experience as a Service Manager, preferably in a similar role
- Pharma experience together with a good understanding of processes/organization etc. is a true asset
- Team work in a challenging IT environment
- Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
- Ability to deal with variable workload
Location: Basel - Switzerland
Duration: 16.04.2012 to 28.12.2012 (with option for extension)
Hourly rate: negotiable
