On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is urgently looking for a number of HR Compensation Payroll Experts in Zurich Switzerland for a transition project on a contract basis. Start ASAP.
- HR specialist, expert in leading Due Diligence and setting up the payroll cost calculation model.
- Capability in defining costs based on due diligence data, finding solutions to ensure harmonization,
- Analyzing costs, valuing liability and risks associated with the transfer of staff in outsourcing bids and acquisitions in order to ensure the development of a right business case
- Expert in Swiss legislation about costs and payroll.
- Ensuring a proper harmonization, transfer of data, giving support in order to ensure the right migration of all the information from previous provider to the new one (also regarding 1st and 2nd pillars)
