A large Banking Client Based in Zürich is looking for an experienced
Test Engineer with experience in Business Asset Management and previous experience in Requirements Engineering.
Role Description:
The Test Engineer implements the operational test strategy in line with the Clients Test Standards. The Test Engineer designs and executes all assigned tests, creates test logs and defect records according to the result.
The Test Engineer supports the Test Manager in the planning and evaluation of testing activities and participates in lessons learned.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for an early escalation of problems to the Test Manager
- responsible for ensuring all assigned activities are conducted according to the testing standards
- you will responsible for timely delivery of the assigned activities and deliverables as defined in the schedule and for producing them in the required quality (as defined in the test plan)
- and responsible for ensuring all assigned activities are reported regularly
- and responsible for ensuring that all sensitive information in area of the Test Engineers responsibility is anonymized and/or synthesized
What you will need to know
- understands the goals of design testing and execute testing.
- understands which deliverables are required for design testing and execute testing.
- understands test data types, sensitive data and environment & application specifics.
- knows how to create test design specification, test cases, test sets and defects
Experiences:
Development/support/business experiences.
- Background: Requirement Engineering, SE, .Net, Business knowledge, Quality Center, QTP
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Start: ASAP 6 Month Contract
Languages: Fluent English required
