Our client seek an CRM Clarify Developer/specialist to assist in the full life cycle of an exciting project based in Zurich
Responsibilities:
- Identify solution for the business requirements
- Create design, carry out development, unit testing of required solution, based on established standards and best practices
- Provide QA support during testing phase by fixingopened defects
- Level of employment: 100%
- Estimated no. of person days: 50
Skills:
- At least 2 years practical work experience as aSoftware Developer (involvement in requirementsanalysis', design, development and testing)
- At least 2 years CRM Clarify Classic Clientdevelopment (Modules: ClearSupport,ClearHelpDesk, ClearCallCenter; Formcustomization; ClearBasic programming; Clarify data model)
- At least 2 years development in Java
- At least 1 year Oracle PL/SQL
Education:
- Higher education (College, University, ETH or HTL,etc.)
- Some formal training in system design
- Formal training in programmingFormal training in AMDOCS CRM Clarify modules(Classic client)
- Formal training in Java
- CRM Classic Client knowledge
- experience (asabove), Java knowledge and experience
