- Customising experience in SAP SD
- Ability to configure SD Basic functions:

Text control
Output control
Account assignment and costing
Route determination
Partner determination
- Ability to configure Sales functions:
Item category configuration and assignments
Maintain copy controls.
- Ability read SAP standard tables in ABAP
- Ability to write a small piece of ABAP program in user exit:
How to read data from database
Define internal table
- Basic knowledge of IDOC processing
