- Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor the deliverables
Project goals:
- Globally aligning product in international booking centers to Swiss standard
- Support of local business models
- Closing gaps in B2B multi-channel strategy
- Extension to further customer segments & profiling
- Leveraging PSN investments for additional segments
- Streamlining of processes, achieving higher scalability
- Adapt to regional and compliance needs
- Strategic functional enhancements
Major Deliverables:
- Project guidelines
- Workbreakdown structures and effort estimations
- Project plans and schedules, including resource- and cost plans.
- Project execution alligned to our project standars based on CMMI level 3.
- All project and process relevant artifacts based on our IT solution delivery policies.
- Coordination of an international teams at different locations.
- Regular risk management, cost management, issues and action items tracking.
- Presentations at project steering committee as well as regular project status reporting
- Extensive stakeholder management
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent)
- Strong communication and presentation skills up to senior management in English or German
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, highly motivated and performance oriented
- At least 5 years experience in Project Management, ideally in a financial institution
- Working experience in the areas of securities and/or financial messaging services (SWIFT)
Languages: English and German fluently is a must
