Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen Junior User Experience Manager / Interaction Designer wie folgt (English):
Desicription:
As the User Experience Manager you are responsible for re-/designing the user experiences of our existing and future e-commerce and m-commerce solutions. You pursue an analytical approach and apply user-centered design when designing user experiences. If usability is your passion, you get excited about e-commerce solutions and the challenges that comes with designing their UX and you are up-to-date with the latest mobile developments, we can offer you the opportunity to apply your skills to solutions, targeting over 100 million users. Your responsibility is to convert a solution idea, under guidance of experienced solution directors, into a globally leading user experience, which you develop together with cross functional and creative teams in particular.
Responsibilities:
Understand the requirements and business value of existing solutions enhancements as well as new solutions development
Support solution directors in running scenario and mental model workshops
Apply user-centered design methodology consistently in every project
Carry out user research
Develop and test GUI concepts in form of mock-ups and specification in form of wireframes
Work with the creative team to develop html mock-ups
Present versions and generate decisions within key stakeholders
Work with IT to implement your designs in the best possible way
Perform usability testing to identify best user experience
Stay on top of the latest usability thinking
Participate in client meetings around the world
Provide expert support to sales and other internal teams
Requirements:
1-2 years experience of hands-on, end-to-end User Experience Design in an e-commerce or web application environment
University or similar Bachelors degree in one or more of the following fields, human-compute interaction, interaction design, ergonomics
Methodology for developing web and mobile user experiences, including usability testing
An understanding of the opportunities and limitations of common online technologies such as CMS, Wikis, Flash, AJAX, HTML5
Strong quantitative analytical abilities
Ideally you have previously worked in an Agile/Scrum environment
