Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen SAP MM/SD Spezialist für Betrieb wie folgt (English):

Hauptaufgabe:
Evaluate ticket request - system or process issues
Resolve process issues with end user
Identify workarounds, where applicable
Log SAP tickets
Understand business impacts to prioritize tickets and escalate as needet. Review and garner appropriate authorization for transaction and data
Gather testing resources where functional or integration testing is required for lead definition of test scenarios and resolve testing issues
Update ticket tracking
End user help and support
Provide training on new/changed functionality
Provide re-training whre needed
Coordinate regression test changes with consulting lead
Support Integration team, minimize impacts to production environment

Nebenprojekte:
Coordination of internal projects for new SAP functionality or changes implementation additionally
SAP MM/SD system customization

Muss Kriterien:
Basic functional knowledge of SAP MM (Materials management) or SD (Sales & Distribustion)
At least 1-2 years experience in SAP SD and MM implementation or help desk services is required
Previous consulting background is preferred

Good communicational and comprehensive skills
Willing to expand knowledge
Basic knowledge of business ethics
Independent and able to work under pressure
