Project Manager For our client in Basel we are looking for a Project Manager who has successfully managed a complete project life cycle and has proven project management experience preferable within the pharmaceutical industry experience. You will provide business solutions, give the project team directions and maintain control of progress, quality and budget.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Plan the project, allocate internal and/or external resources to accomplish project tasks
- Manage quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables
- Maintain control over the project's status and budget
- Compliance to the Crystal methodology and GxP where applicablel
- Achieve agreed targets in terms of quality, time and cost
- Adhere to defined management and delivery processes for IT projects and other policies relevant to the project scope (eg HW/SW standards, CSV, Information Protection)
- Ensure delivery of project results according to agreed quality, schedules and cost while maintaining customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Experiences
- Degree within business/technical area or comparable education/experience
- A minimum of 9 years business and/or IT experience
- Has successfully deployed complex IT
- Expert knowledge of Project Management and Software Life Cycle methodologies, internal IT standards and financial processes
- Fundamental knowledge of business process analysis and design, system architectures, and technology standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage large geographically or functionally dispersed teams
- Fundamental knowledge of project management methodology Skilled in organizational change
