My client is the leading digital design agency and one that is world renowned for transforming its clients' fortunes by utilizing a range of digital media techniques. A position has arisen for an experienced Python Developer to assist the agency on a 3 month contract based in Zurich, Switzerland. Knowledge of German will be essential. Salary is negotiable, Start ASAP.

Role Summary:
The applicant is supposed to automate IPTV SetTopBox tests by implementing them in Python 2.6.
Furthermore, an existing Python Framework for writing automated test scripts shall be both maintained as well as extended as required.
Existing code has to be refactored from time to time
Main duties and responsibilities:
The applicant is responsible for identifying tests that can be automated and that offer a high benefit when being automated.
Requirements:
Profound knowledge of Python (or alternatively another Scripting language like PERL)
Self-motivated
Understanding of OOAD Principles
Basic knowledge of common design patterns is a plus
German speaker
