SAP CRM Consultant
Are you an experienced SAP CRM consultant looking for the next step in your career? Do you want to work in a dynamic global business?
Our client based in Zurich, is a leading company within it's sector with a global presence.
To be successful in this role you will have broad SAP CRM implementation experience covering Sales and Marketing in addition to excellent knowledge of overall architecture, processes, functionality and technical components. It is essential that have knowledge of CRM 7.0 (WebUI) and Lead generation, relationship management, Marketing and Opportunity Management. You will be able to work to short deadlines and eager to develop your career in an international environment. You will be part of a global SAP competence centre.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Expert Knowledge of CRM 7.0 (Web UI), IC Webclient Configuration, UI Enhancement,
* Functional/technical professional with at least 2 full life cycle SAP R/3 implementations and 5 years of industry and/or consulting experience.
* Proven working experience with modules lead Management, relationship Management, Marketing and Opportunity Management
* Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
* Minimum of 5 years of working experience with SAP CRM
* Experience in support engagement and well versed with support processes (ITIL)
* Experience in working with offshore and near shore partners
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
You should be prepared to travel 25% of the time.
