For our Client in Zurich, a top-tier investment bank we are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- User Support
- Answering the Helpline and analysis of users`problems
- Troubleshooting
- Analysis of existing processes and improvement proposals
- Ownership of some processes
Your Profile:
- Education in IT
- Experience in UNIX and Windows, Linux knowledge is a plus
- Solaris System V Packaging experience
- Fluent English and German (obligatory)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Scriptng experience would be advantageous
- On call support
