User support duties for the internally developed IT Change Mgmt application
* providing consultancy services to users of the IT Change Mgmt process within the application
* performing administrative tasks in the application, eg unlocking phases, replanning phases of change requests, etc.
* compilation of lists of change requests (CR) and the subsequent processing of the CRs with respect to risk assessment, formal acceptance of deliverables for the QA phase, etc.
ITIL V3
Change Management & Support Experience
Good Knowledge in MS Office Tools (especially Outlook, Excel, Word. Powerpoint)
German fluent and very good English in word and speach
A very good broad IT know how (Unix, Mainframe, Windows and Netzwork)
