Software Delivery Project Manager - German and English - Banking - Contract - 6 months - Zurich
On behalf of our client, a major bank based in Zurich, Nicoll Curtin require a Project Manager with experience of software delivery projects in a financial environment and who is fluent in both German and English for a 6 month contract based in Zurich. The focus of the application area is around tax reporting and treasury.
Tasks:
- Processing of computer science projects as a Senior IT Project Manager, using the banks IT Solution Delivery Process
- Ensuring the achievement of the project objectives
- Ensuring the project is on time and in budget according to agreements with clients and management committees
- Working with internal IT and business-side stakeholders
- Management of strategic and tactical projects
- Acting as a stream lead in larger programs
- Track record as an IT Project Manager on medium to large software delivery projects
- Experience of working within the financial services
- Strong project-methodical knowledge
- Project Management certification
- Knowledge of tax reporting and treasury
- Excellent communicator in both German and English
