We are currently looking for you to join the team as
Junior IT Support Analyst (2nd Level)
You will perform the following tasks:
Providing support and testing services (UAT) for the suite of Front Office applications
Quality assurance testing and release management tasks
Business, production & IT infrastructure support
Assistance in the different project initiatives which involve infrastructure changes, disaster recovery tests and audit reviews
Providing business and it customer 2nd level support
Your profile:
Ideally higher degree in computer sciences or similar with a broad technical overall knowledge
Excellent knowledge in UNIX/Linux and SQL (being able to write queries)
Overall good knowledge of Oracle Databases
High competency in troubleshooting and client relationship management
Knowledge of technical and analytical expertise to resolve problems
Strong interest and the ability to gain a quick understanding of different business applications and to build up a strong business domain knowledge
Knowledge of JAVA, J2SE, .NET, C#, Business Objects, and 2nd tier applications such as App Servers, Messaging Services etc. would be an advantage
Domain knowledge of the investment banking Front Office or trading applications would be beneficial but not mandatory
Fluent in English, German beneficial
