Contract Type: 10 months contract renewable
Mission/Role:
Our client is a very dynamic international company based in Vaud Canton. They are looking for a L3 support Expert to provide advanced troubleshooting and solve highly complex problems on Microsoft applications. Your role will include scripts writing as maintenance and support for end-users.
Your tasks:
- Daily L3 support tasks (end-users questions answering, tickets follow-ups, requests dispatching, etc.)
- Resolution of all end-user issue in devices (applications as operating system)
- Validation of hotfixes, preparation of their rollout
- Validation of updates requests
- Establish and maintain good relationship with all teams
Experience/Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum of L3 support on Microsoft OS and MS experience required
- Perfect knowledge of Windows (2000 - XP - Vista - 7), MS Office and VBscript
- Formed in ITIL principles
- Experienced in SMS2003/SCCM2007
- Perfect fluency in English is mandatory, French a plus
