Financial AnalystOn behalf of one of our major clients, a leading multinational company based in the Swiss French part of Switzerland for a permanent position.
Randstad is actively looking for a financial Analyst of 3-6 months contract. The job will be part time (50%), with some flexibility on work hours/days.
You will work closely with the Finance Director and will ensure continuity of solid support of the business from a finance perspective. You will be responsible for ad hoc financial analysis, accounting, and other administrative activities, interact with Country Business Managers, country finance and HR, and with the Control HQ in the USA.
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Finalize the AOP for FY13 - input file, consolidation, reporting, and communication.
- Produce regular actual and forecast revenue reporting, and open orders files. Perform detailed revenue and margin analysis and compare to forecast/plan. Follow up with the Country Business managers. Perform cost center reporting and analysis.
- Support FY13 Sales Incentive planning. Prepare excel files with commission calculations and interface/communicate.
- Provide finance support to Country Business Managers for information not covered under the TSA. Examples are processing BCS (business conduct related) expenditure, etc.
- Other projects including Presidents club, field inventory reporting, and activities to accelerate exit from TSA.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIREMENTS
- Secondary degree in finance or accounting.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance.
Strong excel skills with ability to translate data into operational recommendations.
- Fluent English
- Advanced PC skills, particularly in Excel and ability to learn other systems.
