For a major client in the Pharma industry we are urgently looking for a User Supporter/Administrator "CA Clarity" for a challenging role in Basel (Switzerland). Your role will focus on global user support (in several countries) for CA Clarity and other tools.
Requirements (mandatory):
fluent English, German is a plus minimum 2 years of end user support Depending On Experience "CA Clarity" 1 to 2 years of experience as "CA Clarity" Admin would be an asset (processes, jobs, workflows, user setup, troubleshooting) understanding of IT Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) processes and methodology are an asset. Main tasks:
Installation, generation, modification, integration, testing and release of new operating, universal and standard software (Release Management) Investigation/correction of system level problems; definition of system security policies, checklists, change and problem management procedures as well as procedures for backup and data security Improvement of installation/handover processes; update of system docs and guidelines Creation of procedures, escalation processes and rules for handling exceptional situations (Recovery/Restart).
