Our client, a Swiss based international financial services company in Zürich, Switzerland is implementing IBM's OpenPages. Cognos is Embedded in the OpenPages App and we are seeking a consultant with in-depth knowledge of both, Cognos Reporting Suite as well as IBM's OpenPages. It's also important to understand how Cognos and OpenPages work and interact with each other.We are seeking a report writing specialist to support our clients business reporting needs in designing, creating, testing and publishing reports with OpenPages. The Report Writer will document any specific Cognos report functionality for support purposes. The reports could either be scheduled or Real Time oriented. The report formats might include dashboards, list reports and also drill through reports.
Skill set:
COGNOS BI Suite (Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, ) Version 8 (and up)
OpenPages GRC Application Version 6, Windows, Oracle 11g, DWH Datawarehouse, BI Business Intelligence, DB Database and SQL writer experience as well as good interpersonal, verbal and communication skills. Attention to detail and having an analytical approach. You will also need to provide on-the-job user training to our clients internal report administrator.
Length of contract: 3-6 months
