On behalf of a large multi-national client, we are currently searching for
Technical Architect
Your main responsibilities:
Technical solution design
- Analyse functional specifications and provides estimates with the help of developers.
- Write solution and technical design, based on business requirements/specifications and on the enterprise architecture recommandations.
- Design and document the software architecture, using appropriate software factory guidelines.
- Provide expertise for the integration of hybris, custom development and libraries across the platform.
- Gather and include non-functional specifications (performance, security, usability, maintainability, evolutivity) to the technical design.
- Develop programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse.
- Understand and consistently applies the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies.
- Research and maintain the solution aligned with hybris roadmap, including patches and releases.
- Review quality of code provided by development teams
Development team support
- Viewed both internally and externally as a technical expert for Hybris and E-commerce-solution
- Direct coaching of external development team members.
- Act as a single point of knowledge with IT Project Managers (for architecture)
- In collaboration with experienced developers, lead, organize, and plan the activities of the knowledge transfer and training.
Knowledge and Professional skills
Excellent knowledge and experience with Hybris
Expert in Internet technologies, eCommerce and/or mobile applications.
Strong experience in J2EE and integration of heterogeneous environments and related concepts
Strong technical and development background
Experience with web application Servers (Apache, Tomcat)
Excellent knowledge of UML and other design and modelling frameworks
Experience in Scrum and Agile development methodologies
Excellent technical architecture and technical support documentation skills
Proven experience in systems design and development
Good knowledge of programming languages
Strong knowledge of hardware and software evaluation principles and practice
Languages:
French - fluent
English - fluent
Experience:
3-5 years' experience as a Java developer
2-3 years' experience as a software Architect (J2EE)
2-3 years' experience with hybris
