Michael Page Technology Division in Zurich is rapidly growing and we are selecting experienced Senior IT Recruitment Consultants to join this successful team.
Job Description
In this challenging role, you will represent the company's international services obtaining and maintaining new clients and building lasting relationships based on satisfaction, trust and integrity. You will be reporting directly to the IT Division Manager.
Managing a regional sector (German speaking part of Switzerland)
Meeting clients and accurately analyzing their requests, creating a tailor-made service to fit the customer's exact needs
Maintaining client relationships after the sale
Marketing products, services and preparing presentations
Contacting potential and existing clients through calls and face-to-face meetings
Creating and extending the customer portfolio
Providing a high level of service and individual attention to clients
Maintaining current IT market awareness
Follow special training programs to become an expert in the specific field/market
Develop creative sales techniques
Who we are looking for
We are looking for ambitious and dynamic people with a proven track record of success and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You hold a university degree and have work experience in IT recruiting, ideally in German Speaking part of Switzerland .
Fluency in English and in German required.
