for a Webdesign Junior Developer
Description
In this support role you will be part of the Tactical solutions team integrated in Wealth
Management Research and situated in Zurich. In this role you will be developing and maintaining
tools for data processing, automation and web design/support. The ideal candidate will have a web design background, will have programming knowledge and the ability to work well in a support role.
You should be able to handle tasks with a low amount of supervision and should be able to make
valuable and creative contributions by proactively proposing new ways to approach problems.
The position will involve:
• Contributing to develop solutions in order to support Wealth Management Research and Chief
Investment Office initiatives
• Maintenance and support of existing processes.
• Support of WMR analysts, wealth management clients and client advisors who are using wealth
management research publication and distribution systems. This is inclusive of, but not limited
to the support of software and business processes, maintaining user/client feedback channels
and generally providing support to WMR analysts
Technical skills
• Solid data management and data extraction skills and good experience in Microsoft Access
and/or Microsoft SQL Server databases
• Knowledge of programming in Java, Javascript and JSON preferrable
• A sound knowledge of XML and HTML
• Familiarity with the Adobe CS5.5
• Aptitude for critical thinking and target-oriented problem resolution
• An outgoing personality with the ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues to
achieve WMR goals
Workload: 100% (covering a maternity leave)
