Project Description:
Food industry is planning to replace their current JD Edwars platform with SAP ECC 6.0 starting mid year of 2012.
In the first Phase Food Industry is planning to roll out their global template to 6 Swiss based Manufacturing sites.
Task Description:
Delivers an enterprise design which meets the agreed level of functionality within the plan time frame at an acceptable cost and quality Advise on the most efficient and effective methods of configuration Coordinates configuration efforts between module teams to ensure that compatibility exists across modules Coordinates conceptual design efforts across SCM teams/Production Team Develop enterprise processes and designs Review and approve functionality gaps and solutions Advise on skill/knowledge requirements - coordinate resources across SCM team/Production team Participate in sign-off discussions Determine and apply configuration standards Advise on Change Control process as it impacts system configuration Participate in discussions on Change Control sign-off Develop SCM/Production master project plan based on enterprise program plan Develop and consolidate process team project plan into SCM master project plan/Production master project plan Reports SCM/Production status on a regular basis Advise and monitor quality of deliverables Advise on potential risk and risk management Review SCM/Production progress Report SCM/Production progress to Project Manager Participation in weekly work stream Leaders meeting Pro-active role in facilitating team building Pro-active role in team communication Communicate project activities internally Assist Project Manager in external communication of program activities Work with Process Owner Team to resolve functional gaps and issues.
Required Skills:
Understand FMCG specific processes like tracebility Sales Forecast/Prod.
Forecast, 'Konfektionierung', export processing, consignment processing, transportation management, distribution, Inventory Management, Procurement, Production, Plant Maintenance.
Need to have worked in the food industry. Should be familiar with the IBM SAP Industry Solution or CPG Solution.

Languages: Fluent Germanist a must/English nice to have
