CA Clarity/2nd level support, (end user support), English, Contract to hire, Pharma, Basel, Switzerland. For our client, one of the major Pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated Supporter to provide 2nd level support with CA Clarity to end users.
To be considered for this role you must have the following skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with CA Clarity (processes, jobs, workflows, user setup etc)
- Previous experience providing 2nd level support to end users
- Experience troubleshooting with CA Clarity
- Excellent communication skills in English
Experience with business process analysis and design, working within a global support framework as well as understanding of IT Project and Portfolio Management processes and methodology is nice to have.
Start date: 15.04.2012
End date: 31.07.2012 (contract to hire)
