PMO/Contract Management - Pharmaceutical Industry - Contract - Switzerland
On behalf of our client, a major pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, Nicoll Curtin require a PMO with previous experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry for a contract position in Basel.
The position:
50% Program Management Office Support/50% Operational Contracts Management
PMO Support iPad deployment program:
Reports to the Program Manager
Assists the Program Manager in coordinating project activities
Oversees and coordinates any other dependencies not covered in organizational structure
Analyses project progress and contributes to the management of the project team's goals and objectives
Participates in the planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting of iPad deployment program activities through all phases of the project
Leads and participates in planning workshops and meetings
Supporting Program manager in handling retrofit of deliverables in countries
Consolidates project plans at program level (Milestone Plan)
Review project plans against milestones and costs
Monitors and reports project status as needed for different stakeholders
Fully responsible for monthly project status report
Creates and maintains risk Matrix
Responsible for administration of external project partners
Coordinates country projects budget and spend, time-scales, and quality standards when necessary
Supports tracking of POs and Invoices
Supports BPA in defining the cost tracking structure
Estimates and communicates the impact of change requirements
Engages in communication, training and adoption concepts
Ensures high quality and timely information flow to key stakeholders, program members, users and Program Manager
Operational Contracts Management:
Creates inventory of existing contracts for CRM software and services
Works with global, regional and country management to assess contracting needs
Plans contracting activities with team members and external partners
Coordinates SOW preparation
Oversees PO creation and tracking
Closely collaborates with BPA on financial planning and tracking
Establishes framework to track incoming invoices and related payments
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in a PMO function in the pharmaceutical industry is absolutely essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Change management experience would be beneficial
- Strong cost management/budgetary experience
