For our customer in the area of Zurich we are looking ASAP for a Cold Fusion Developer

Your job will consist of extending, maintaining and rolling out an existing large web based application internally but also externally to clients, completely on your own. You will act as single developer/supporter for a large application and some minor smaller applications, all running on ColdFusion.

Besides developing, maintaining and supporting applications you will also be required to visit large clients to support their IT in preparing their infrastructure in order to install our web application on site. Profound technical knowhow as well as interpersonal skills are therefore a high priority for this job.

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience and profound know-how in developing and maintaining web based applications, from front to back;
  • You have developed, rolled out and maintained large web applications;
  • ColdFusion in conjunction with the Fusebox framework. You are also an expert in developing using the Fusebox framework;
  • solid knowledge with MS SQL, Oracle and Sybase;
  • XML, JavaScript, HTML, Tomcat (and overall server set-up), Apache, IIS (and Jakarta Tomcat connector), AJAX;
  • Packaging under Windows, Solaris and Linux.
