ColdFusion Developer, 50%, Zurich, Fusebox, J2EE, Oracle, JavaScript, Apache
Our client, a global leader in the banking sector, is looking to expand its operations in Zurich and is looking for a skilled Java developer to work as part of their trading system development team.
Responsibilities
You will act as single developer and support for a large application and some smaller applications, all running on ColdFusion. You will work on your own, there are no other developers in the team who can assist you and it is therefore absolutely required that you are an expert in the technical requirements mentioned below.
Besides developing, maintaining and supporting applications you will also be required to visit large clients to support their IT in preparing their infrastructure in order to install the web application on site.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience developing and maintaining large web applications
- ColdFusion in conjunction with the Fusebox framework
- MS SQL, Oracle, Sybase, J2EE packaging and distribution
- XML, JavaScript, HTML, Tomcat (and overall server set-up)
- Apache, IIS (and Jakarta Tomcat connector), AJAX
- Object Relational Mapping Framework (eg Hibernate/Transfer)
- IOC - dependency injection frameworks (eg Coldspring)
- Experience with UBS authentication schemes is a plus
- Release management
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, German a plus
