Our customer in the area of Zurich is searching an experienced IT Supporter / Helpdesk specialist with the following


Main tasks:

• You provide 1st and 2nd level IT support at the headquarter in collaboration with our ext. IT partner
• You support the local VIP users
• You maintain the hard-/software including minor repairs and set up equipment for employee use
• You administrate our IT systems and maintain 3rd party order process
• You support the local IT Team Lead on local, regional and global projects


Profile:
• Education in the field of IT – degree or certified training
• At least 3 years experience in a similar function
• Valid experience in Lotus Notes, MS environment (XP, Win7, Active Directory, Office) & Blackberry
• Experience in hardware support and maintenance
• Webcasting knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in working in a multinational organization
• Fluent in oral and written English and German
• Good communication skills


The contract is on temporary basis, with option of an offer to internalisation to the customer. We are looking for a proactive person with a delivery and problem solving attitude, who is able to work in a dynamic, international environment.
