CRM System Analyst (m/f)

Your Duties:

• Responsible for gathering requirements and changes, requested from the business to the CRM application
• Responsible for system maintenance: data mining, development of reports, training users on reports and functionality
• Responsible for successful delivery of the CRM system reports

Your Qualifications:

• Familiarity with MS Dynamics or knowledge of its functionality to create and deliver reports
• Strong SQL with use of the SSRS interface
• Excellent experience in managing systems with good stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English required
