Junior IT Security Officer - Access management.
You will be responsible for the management and administration of user and system accounts. You will also participate in various technology-related projects.
With a positive and customer service attitude, you:
- Handle the review of access requests prior to processing,
- Create and modify application and systems accesses,
- Perform troubleshooting related to user accounts and passwords,
- Manage emergency profile passwords,
- Conduct audits of user accounts on a routine and periodic basis,
- Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports to business,
- Review security log files to detect unauthorized activity,
- Execute and monitor security programs, applications, or any tools as required,
- Maintain an awareness of common technology issues as they relate to security.
Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science, management information systems.
- An intimate knowledge and clear understanding of all IT Security Administration procedures and policies.
- A sound knowledge of general IT security concepts and controls.
- Excellent inter-personal skills with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience working in a high pressure computer operations environment.
- Solid team player with a strong client/customer focus.
- Very good command in English and French.
