We are looking for a CRM System Analyst & Report Builder is to gather new requirements from the business, to the CRM application and then build the associated reports.
Core accountabilities
System maintenance:
- Data mining
- Gathering requirements
- Developing the reporting hierarchy
- Maintaining data model
- Creating new reports
- Training users on reports and functionality
- Where the changes are complex ensuring technology is engaged to implement
Professional/technical experience
- Experience of delivering high quality service to a large business segment.
- Ability to assimilate lots of information and be able to prioritise in a structured manner.
- Ideally the successful candidate would be familiar with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, having used its functionality to create and deliver reports or have experience in similar CRM technology
- Applied experience of writing SQL code to a good standard, with use of the SSRS interface
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience in managing/maintaining systems is preferred with the ability to demonstrate attention to detail and a high level of organisation in their approach to problem solving
