for a Technical project coordinator for Network Products
Project environment
IT division of a major reinsurance company
Position goals
The Networks Products Technical project coordinator has the primary responsibility to support the
implementation of products and services within the Network Products team vertical
Main tasks/activities
• Member of the network projects team
• Assist with the coordination of existing Network and Unified communications projects
• Work with the technical staff, management, providers, consultants and vendors to ensure
all projects are tracked and delivered
• Maintain Network documentation
Position requirements
• Project Management and coordination Methodology
• IP Networking experience in a Project or Support role (1+ years preferred)
• Experience in customer / client facing roles is advantageous
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment, working daily with multiple remote
sites
• Experience with technical documentation specification, review and updates - in English
• ITIL
• Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and German
