for a Technical project coordinator Telephony
Project environment
IT Division of a major reinsurance company
Position goals
The Telephony Products Technical project coordinator has the primary responsibility to support the implementation of products and services within the Telephony Products vertical.
Main tasks/activities
• Member of the telephony projects team
• Assist with the coordination of existing and new telephony, Network and Unified
communications projects
• Work with the technical staff, management, providers, consultants and vendors to ensure
all projects are tracked and delivered
• Maintain telephony documentation
Position requirements
• Project Management and coordination Methodology
• IPT / VoIP experience in a Project or Support role (1+ years preferred)
• IP Networking experience in a Project or Support role (1+ years preferred)
• Experience in customer / client facing roles is advantageous
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment, working daily with multiple remote
sites
• Experience with technical documentation specification, review and updates - in English
• ITIL
• Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
