Network Administrator, Security, Firewalls, English speaking, Contract, Basel
On behalf of our client, a large international company, Swisslinx are looking for a motivated and experience Network Administrator for a contract in Basel until the end of 2012 to start as soon as possible.
In this challenging contract position, in your role as Network Administrator you will join a team responsible for new, global deployments.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Supervision and support for all security network and services
- Administration of Firewalls, remote access gateways and Proxy services to meet SLAs
- Planning and installation of network security equipment and components
- Identification and resolution of hardware and software errors
In order to be considered for this position, you will ideally possess the following skills:
- Proven experience working in a sophisticated infrastructure on multiple domains
- Strong hands on, technical experience with infrastructure technologies
- Security training and certification (ideally
- Knowledge of IT security and Internet protocols
- Experience working with Checkpoint or Bluecoat technologies
- Fluency in English (German beneficial)
